May 17, 201610 yr The Rooney Rule or whatever the baseball equivalent is called, is more offensive to "minorities" by being in existence in my opinion. I agree. Were Dave Roberts and Dusty Baker hired because they're great managers or because they fulfill the minority category? I think I know the answer but when u make a big stink of their race and the supposed need to have minority managers then it makes people wonder how much of their hiring is due to the race factor. It's a reverse racism and it's a shame.
