Who's going next week? and where's the best place to sit and do we outnumber the rays fans?

I've been to a few games at the Trop but have never been there when the Marlins have, it's something I've always wanted to do, one day I'll do it but it won't be this year.

Did it in 2008. They lost.

Think about it. Marlins fans don't go to their own ballpark. So where the fuck do you expect to sit in any ballpark where marlins fans outnumber anything including empty seats? #drunknotresponsible

Actually, there were a lot of marlins fans at yankee stadium last year.

being from Tampa I will admit that the Trop is one of the most depressing parks to visit.

Downtown St. Pete is pretty vibrant though if you wanted to go wander around after the game (faaaaaaaaaaaar better than downtown Tampa where they keep clamoring to move the team).  Its current location also makes it one of the easiest parks to get to so the naysayers in Tampa about "bridge" traffic are full of shit.  I drove the HF every day to get to/from work and it's one of the easiest commutes there is - much easier than sitting in the mess in downtown Tampa.

end rant
