It advises: "This ticket cannot be viewed or printed in this application. Go to the Box Office or contact customer service for more information" I feel like I shouldn't have to contact customer service every time I buy tickets online but that has been the case.

Yeah that's bullshit, I guess you don't have a ticket rep right? I went to get the contact info for a guy I used to call in sales there but I noticed he's no longer with them.
