We rag on you for negativity but this one I absolutely agree with. Whenever they say an opposing team isn't doing something or can't do something, it's against us that they get it done. A pitcher can't get past the third inning? They throw an eight inning two hitter against us. The Braves can't win a home game? They sweep a three game series against us at home. The Twins have the lowest number of homers in the majors and they haven't had a three homer game in three years? They go and hit four per game or something. We're the perfect team for opponents to reverse their fortunes on.

 

 

Why do I still watch this team?

To be honest, they'll probably give you the answer within the next week. This always happens.... we do great and fall in love with this team, then they play like shit and we question why we watch even one inning of this team, and then they suddenly have a gorgeous game to renew your fandom and we're all back on board for the same rollercoaster cycle.

 

 

it bothers me that the marlins swept the dodgers in 4 (with urena) and cant beat Atlanta and twins.

Man the Diamondbacks made us look like amateurs today. 

 

Conley has been pretty mediocre for a while. 

 

 

I mean lets be real we have Jose and the rest of the starters are  4's and 5's and no not 3's. The offense is above average and the man in the middle is not producing so we cant reach our offensive peak. We are missing Caps which is technically our all star closer and without Dee the team loses speed which also helps Stantons RBI's.  We get hits and not runs(system thing) and have no leaders this year. So basically one ace+wack bullpen+above average hitting+ bad rotation=500 team.
