Yeah ... they gave him a big ol' two year ban.

Was he officially ever cleared in the courts though?

For Clevinger ... if they didn't find anything worth even a fine, then yeah I'm moving on from it.

Yeah the courts dropped the case. It might have been a fucked up situation but it objectively wasnt illegal if she agrees in writing to being hit and choked and all that and in addition, came back again after the first time. It went too far for sure, but she agreed to a stupid game and stupid games win stupid prizes 🤷🏻‍♂️. But yeah, I hope everyone lets Clev get back to work and back on a mound

I'm still not a fan of how far he went but if she did agree to certain things ... eh. He probably should have still asked "is this alright" first, if he didn't.
