February 7, 20233 yr Fish Team and 2022 MLB stolen base leader Jonathan Mordecai Berti have agreed to terms on a one year deal with an option for 2024. Berti will get $2.1 million in 2023 and then there's a team option for 2024 at $3.5-4.125 million depending on plate appearances in 2023. There is a $25,000 buyout if the team decides to part ways. This deal covers two of Berti's three arbitration years, he won't be a free agent until after the 2025 season.
