SPRING CHANGE

FOR MARLINS?

There's a strong possibility the Marlins will end up playing two of their upcoming spring training games in Mexico. A decision could be announced within days. Sources said the Marlins would likely play the Astros either in Monterrey or Mexico City in March if the plan is approved by the league.

Marlins executives have expressed a desire to play outside the country.

very nice Ross.

that would be fun, hopefully it would be televised somehow.

Guess I'm not going to those games.

It up to 2 games now? Yesterday it was only 1.

Also on the international front, baseball officials are discussing the possibility of having the Florida Marlins and Houston Astros play an exhibition game in Mexico City this March. The Dodgers and New York Mets played a pair of games there during spring training last year.
