January 23, 200422 yr Good evening folks. With draft season upon us, I have once again been hired to run the official marlinbaseball.com mock draft. Last year we had great success with the NBA Draft and this year we look forward to the second annual NBA Mock Draft, but for the time being, we are looking at the NFL Mock Draft. I am looking at beginning the signing up of teams sometime in the weeks after the SuperBowl. But for the time being I am seeking suggestions as to how would be best to run this mock draft. I am thinking to do either a one round mock draft or we can even do a full 7 rounds. Give me your suggestions for this mock draft as we seek to make this the best mock draft out there. This will be done by the fans for hte fans. Lets see how we stack up as opposed to the 'experts' out there. Please submit your ideas or suggestions below:

January 23, 200422 yr Author if we have a full 7 rounds it will be done over a week - 10 days. there are 32 teams. I would like to have 32 GM's. Sometime afte rhte Superbowl I will open it up for people to begin 'claiming' teams...on a first come first serve basis. Until then, nobody is having any team.

Can anyone tell me how this contest works? im not 100% sure but Mr Franklin has told me that we will have board members claim teams as if they are the GM and they will make the picks that best fit the organizational needs. example: Ramp "claims" Colts he wouldnt take a QB in the 1st he would most likely take a player on the D thats how i have put it together so far...

If anyone takes them, they may "accidentally fall on a knife".
