I Officialy Hate the CUBS Now
It was horrible....The Cubs fans were really pissing me and buddy off so much that he pushed an unsuspecting one down a fight of stairs (Well,he actually just stumpled and fell a couple steps.)...But the soft-Cubbie fan didn't look back at us. :lol

New stdium
I remember hearing a smaller ballpark (40,000) would be a lot cheaper. We still wouldn't sell out, but $ is what matters. Loria should sell his art and buy a stadium. And that dum bass Jeb Bush: Why not a tax on hotels and cruises in Port of Miami and South Beach? A 2$ tax on every person would not hurt the industry cause rich people go there, and it would raise a lot of money. It makes great sense. Miami Arena site would be cool because there is parking, metrorail, and it would help clean up Overtown! I think the Marlins were talking about a site there but things didn't work out.

Mr. Marlin's Impact
Conine was the best option, like I said he can help us in the next seasons while no other player we could have aquired could. He can increase the attendance slightly,he provides veteranship which is a good asset to have on a playoff team,(not to mention post-season experience.)his clutch-hitting and his finical aid, It won't take him too long to adjust to the pitching,he has faced many NL pitcher's before and it has been easier to adjust to a different league ever since inter-league play was concived. If Beinfest didn't get Conine last night then he would have never been on this club again. My words exactly....

Marlins working on a deal?
Wait so we didn't make any moves? Willis....take a deep breath and think before you act.I don't want to hear about any disturbing news stories later today.

Marlins working on a deal?
NOTHING I'm sorry guys but in the end Littlefield knowing our farm system so well really wanted alot for someone who would be here for 30 days. I just don't get Littlefield gives away Lofton and Ramirez for Bobby Hill basically and with the Marlins its this top guy and that top guy. Like I said before the July deadline about Littlefield its a pride thing with this guy and the Marlins. O well, in end though I think the Marlins felt pretty confident about the team(with the call-ups all so) and Mikey probable being back for the last week of the season(best case) :confused 100% positive...

Marlins working on a deal?
I would think right now somthing has been done...or somthing hasn't. Don't think a move will be made with a minute in a half left.

Marlins working on a deal?
Well Bobby Bonilla sure is clutch though and I am sure he has some pop left. He couldn't play third very well but he gave it his all. Same goes with LF. How old is he? Well, looking in the 97' media guide he was born on 2/23/63 which would make him 40. I doubt he would come out of retirement to play...In 2001 he hit 213. with 5 HRs in 174 ab's..... Wait this isn't really worth discussing is it?
