Nuf said about Nolasco today, he got really nasty and that's the Nolasco we all want (And need) to see. Another positive (Very) was Hermida,s performance, I've been b*tching about him a lot lately and I love it when he shuts me up like this, it is after all, something more the team needs, I hope he can keep it up. 14 games with 10+ hits, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe we are 3 games away from making history. I just want to add that I agree with Erik's comment "Could be a blessing in disguise". Nolasco could be a keeper, I'd like to have him next year too. Go Fish! "Could be a blessing in disguise". Before this series, Rox hit over .300 in August as a WC leader. but, we succeed taking 2 of 3-game-series. That's not bad. Absolutely agree, on the other hand double-headers are not easy to win. It was a nice shot at the WC though, but other chances will be there for taking. Go Fish!

I loved how we approached the plate in the first game and am absolutely horrified by our approaches in the second. We could've easily won the second game...what was it 15 men LOB??!!!! Nothing but singles, kinda hard to believe. But getting 2 of 3 and with a sweep now and then we should be on the money.

Yeah, it's kinda funny, but they have a couple of good points though, about the location, possible attendance, etc. I wonder what the prices for the admission tickets + parking + food are going to be, given the hardships of the economy today it might be tough to take your kids to the ballgame. Not to mention traffic issues. And it may be even tougher for the fans from the neighbor counties. We'll see. Remember the economy of today, will not be the economy of 2012. This is rock bottom, and about as bad as it will get. Almost all of the recent indicators seem to say that the economy will be on the rebound by the end of the year, and that 2010 & 2011 may be big recovery years. Late in 2011 we might be worrying about inflation, which is not always a bad thing, because it means the economy is strong, and there is a lot of demand for everything. I hope you're right. "What goes up, must come down" say the song and the saying. But for some strange reason, for the last years (How many?) I've seen the cost of living going one way up. However, the article is not only about $. I still think it makes good points. I'm sure you share that opinion.
