If you think wood is gonna dominate, think again. I can tell when he's off and he's off tonight. Pretty much every ball put in play by a marlin hitter 1-8 has been hit well and when you get good contact off wood during an out you'll get good contact which will go for hits. If the fish staff can hold down the flubs, the marlins have a good chance to win

If Prior and Wood go on short rest, then they will very likely have subpar performances. They have both been pitching a ridiculous amount of pitches lately, especially Prior, and if they go on short rest, they would not be themselves. Prior will only go on short rest if the cubs are desperate and lost games 3 and 4, but if Wood procedes to lose tonight, it's likely that this pateint marlin team could just as easily beat him again. As long as wood doesnt dominate though, the marlins are in good shape.

I've heard nothing but good things about Cubs fans. So until they prove me wrong, I will stick to my original thinking. Because it's in the media's best interest to show cub fans as being good. Yes they travel...and piss of the people of the opposing team's town a WHOLE lot (just ask a baseball fan from milwaukee, cincinatti or St Louis) and cause a lot of trouble wherever they go. Yes they fill up their ballpark regularly....Because Wrigley is like a hotspot in Chicago. If you did a poll it would probably come up as the best bar in the city. People go there because it's cool to go there, notice I didnt mention the team or the word baseball yet in this description. Cubs fans dont know much of anything about baseball. The average cubs fan couldnt name you a player outside of Wood, Prior and Sosa and they just learned about Prior.

you should here what these cub fans are predicting in CHicago. Some people were predicting cubs in four but mostly cub fans were predicting cubs in 6. They are convinced the marlins have no chance

I am a White Sox fan and I support the Marlins 100%! The Marlins will have thousands upon thousands of supporters here in Chi-town! The Marlins have won as the underdog all year and I hope they do it here. The garbage media companies will boast of the cubs, but doesnt listen to their trash. Stay true and kick the Sh** out of the cubby blue!
