I have applied with MLB and the Marlins for Press status in order to cover the team for the Ballpark news site. Admin, if I get approved, I would like to ask if you would'nt mind me sharing info on the boards.

That would be awsome if they gave you that status. Do you expect to get it?

i don't expect it, but if i get it i can use official logos and have other content for the site.

i would not use the press pass. i could get photos, official releases, stories, stats, and other things that would be helpful to this site.

I got denied. You go to any of the team sites, click on the media link on the bottom and follow the directions.

A number of NBA fansites have press credentials.

I believe a number of NHL team fansites have press credentials too. One being Sabresfans.com.

basically, you have to work for a corporation owned site or whatever or else you won't get it
