Dan, had a hot stretch and cooled off. Only lost one Sweet 16 team though so it is ok.

DePaul wins and scores over 70 in 2OT :lol .

damn it....why did dayton lose!

and why did zona lose! Dayton lost because the refs were afraid to decide the game at the end of the 1st OT when Dayton clearly got fouled. They still could have won in double OT though, so they still have themselves to blame.

Zona lost because they don't play hard.

Dayton blew two oppurtunities. They had the last shot in regulation and twice in the first OT (of course, he was massive fouled on the shot with .4, but oh well) and couldn't convert.

Update on the games currently in progress:

NC State 27, Louisiana-Lafayette 23 at the break.

Illinois 35, Murray State 23 at 1:10 to go in the half.

BC 28, Utah 20 with 1:08 to go in the half.

BC 29, Utah 20 at the Half

Illinois 35, Murray State 28 at the break.

Memphis 30, South Carolina 18 at the half

The only game that was really that competitive was the Utah-BC game, where Utah was down only 3 with 40 seconds to go but blew two oppurtunities.

E Tenn vs Cincy just tipped, with E Tenn getting the ball first.

Northern Iowa-Georgia Tech is tipping now

Cincy has come out of the gate rolling, they are shooting 80% right now and lead 11-6, 15:39 to go in first half.

Northern Iowa came out smoking to the tune of a 5-0 lead, but Georgia Tech adapted quickly and Northern Iowa's lead has been trimmed to 7-5, they are in a TV Timeout with 15:45 to go.

OK State-East Washington just tipped, 6-0 OK State at the 18:08 mark.

Vandy is up 14-8 on Western Michigan, 15:55 to go there.

We've gone to the half in all four games.

OK State started hot but Eastern Washington isn't letting them know this is their first time at the Dance. The score there is 36-36 at the half.

Ga Tech, despite the hot start from Northern Iowa, got on a roll. Northern Iowa started missing shots, and all equated to an absolute explosion on the Tech end. GaTech up 39-27 at the break.

Cincy has been doing their best to put East Tenn away, but the Bucs will have none of it. Despite being down varrious times by double digits, East Tennessee has come roaring back, hitting a three at the buzzer of the half to cut the lead to 45-40. Both teams are shooting well in all aspects of the game.

Western Michigan is holding its own so far against Vandy. Despite being down big early, WM came back and has gone into the half with a 34-31 lead.

West Michigan-Vandy is still a close game, standing at 44-43 WM with 15:16 to go.

Cincy and East Tenn continue to go tit for tat, 54-49 Cincy with 15:40 to go.

Northern Iowa has come all the way back, at one point leading only by one, but they have come back and now lead 52-45 with 11:56 to go.

OK State has started pulling away, 48-40 with 15:21 to go.

How does the NCAA telecast thing work? Everytime I flip by, it's a different game? I am so confused.

CBS chooses a game to show regionally. As some games get out of hand and others remain close, they will switch one region to another's game if the other game is closely competitive. As things happen in other games, they switch again.

Example: I started out with GaTech-Northern Iowa when all 4 games were finally started. Tech started pulling away, and West Michigan came all the way back on Vandy, so they switched there until halftime. After the break my set came out again with WM-Vandy, but when NIA cut the lead to 3 on Tech they switched back. When another game that is close comes down the stretch we'll probably head there.

I like it this way, you can watch close games and follow the rest online if you choose to.

I just didn't understadn because I am used to one game being shown at one time. I understand now, it is like Fox's Saturday MLB telecasts during Sept.
