Lower seed ass beating day

Featured Replies

as far as last night. the rockets ran an absolutely HORRIBLE offensive set on that last possession.

Have to disagree.....

Any time you can get a wide open look for the win at the end of the game, it should be considered a successful offensive set.

yes thanks to the lakers being horrible defensively against anything that moves.

everything leading up to that shot was horrible.

the lakers just collapsed on everything down low leading to a desperation shot from the corner.

you are only down 1.

you dont need a 3.

get a higher % shot.

go with Yao or Francis.

This is the NBA, where EVERYTHING is horrible these days.

A wide open 3 isn't a "desperation" shot.

My guess is that Shaq was denying Yao the ball, and what has Steve Francis ever done to prove he's a "clutch" player.

In the NBA, a GOOD play IS when the defense collapes on penetration and it results in an open shot, that's just how it is.

I thought the Rockets did a good job, if you want to disagree, that's fine, it's not a big deal if you want to be wrong. :)

it was the only shot the rockets could get.

you have to be able to run something of a better offensive set than that.

they looked crazy on that last set.

they pulled that shot out of their asses.

if you had watched the entire play...you would of seen that.

instead of just watching the shot. :)

that game was pathetic. the lakers are pathetic.

and to think people still think they can win it all.

i would have to disagree about getting the ball to Yao, i know Yao has done well against the daddy but im not sure how comfortable i feel getting the ball to Yao so he can go head to head with shaq in the final seconds of a playoff game.

Agreed, that was one of the worst played basketball games I have ever seen.

The Lakers aren't going anywhere, and people who think they are are not particularly wise.

No need to go there. Atleast James is getting the ROY.

Even though Carmelo deserves it more? :mischief Melo had a better supporting cast than James. No one in the NBA had to deal with the hype that James had to deal with, not even Jordan. Also, James is more than to Earth than Anthony. I still like Melo though. I still gotta cop his jersey.
