He's a free agent now, the Mariners have to pay the money they signed him for, we can sign him to a minor league deal. I'm not sure I want him, but cost isn't an issue.
May 5, 200422 yr :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown :mischief2 :thumbdown I don't see why this is such a horrible idea. Send him to AAA and see if he still has it in him to pitch in the bigs. A minor league contract is a low risk-high reward kind of deal.

May 5, 200422 yr Hell no! This guy has never impressed me. I have seen him pitch a handful amount of times and he does not have it, sometimes he looks like a piece of cheese in the forest (great analogy huh?), which is just out of place and lost. Hell no to "The Kevo".
