Pistons VS Lakers

I'm pretty sure the Pistons are better than the Rockets...that is all.

i think i can agree to that Put the Pistons in the West this year and they'd be lucky to get the #7 seed.

I don't know how Detroit would fare in the west.

I mean they have a big man, a PG and pretty much everything in the middle but how would they ever keep up with the offense?

Ben Wallace is hardly a big man, more like a PF. He is only a big man in the East.

There really aren't too many true dominant centers any more. Where are the Ewings and Olajuwons nowadays? Now there is Shaq and Yao. Everybody else plays power forward just like Big Ben and Jermaine O'Neal.

Pistons = 2004 NBA Champions!

Hopefully.

Anything can happen. And it always comes down to the end. So even though the Lakers are the favorites you shouldnt make them the champions just yet because the Pistons have a good shot.

After tonight....the Pistons shouldn't even be allowed to show up. :thumbdown

Lake Show in 4...Wake me when its over.

:lol :lol :lol

Not one of you better comments Mr. Passion, you my friend owe the Pistons an apology.

ESPN says the LA Lakers are America's team!

:notworthy :notworthy :thumbup :hat

That may be because America is full of bandwagon sports fans, and they all make me sick. A team that has a center that curses on network tv blatantly & a guy who is on trial for sexual assault should not be America's team.

Great game by the Pistons tonight. They kept the game slow and to their advantage. Hopefully they can keep this up and not pull a Spurs.

Sorry, but if you are looking for wholesome role models please don't look to ANY NBA team. The whole league is rife with miscreants, criminals and meglomaniacs.

Sheed is a way different person off the court. Anyway, Game 2 is tomorrow night. If the Pistons go up 2-0...their chances will get higher.
