And I agree Passion, why do the Yankees even have a farm system? They could make do by just winning free agent battles in the offseason (of course I am exxagerating this, so don't jump all over me).
July 10, 200422 yr Cano, Navarro, Halsey, and Sardinha is who the Yankees will try to trade for a pitcher. All of whom are having solid seasons in the minors. In fact the Yankees recently moved Robinson Cano to AAA to try and show he's ready for the big leagues. Last I saw Cano was hitting around 800 after 3 games. But, 2B is packed in the desert...So they obviously arent moving him for Johnson...But the A's have a hole there... Zito to the Bronx? :whistle
