1. Marlins: Support your home team. That way you have something to complain about to your neighbors.

2. Mets: They were my home team before that.

3. Reds: They were my home team when I was a kid.

4. Pirates: They are my wife's team. If we move to Nashville, the Sounds are a AAA Pirates affiliate.

5. As: I like "Moneyball" and I like what Beane is doing as GM.

6. Red Sox: "My favorite team is whoever the Yankees are playing against."

7. Giants: A brief fan of the Giants during the infamous Marge Schott Era.

8. Brooklyn: "The Dodgers use Lifebuoy (and they still stink)."

9. St. Louis Browns: Only pennant in 44, lost to the hated Cardinals. "I don't smell those guys on the bench getting hot. I smell those bums on the field getting cold."
