how many gassers you do?

472585[/snapback]

well some days I only have to do 3 gassers at the end....others I have to do 300 yd. shuttles (1 1/2 gassers).

Comparing the times we have to get them in, compared to what the Army has to do (from what my brother told me when he went to the camp at West Point), our times we have to make gassers in is about 2 seconds less :plain

tomorrow's running will suck....

6 accelerations (45 yds)

5 strides (40 yds)

4 50 yd sprints

8 20 yd sprints (pulling a 90 lb sled)

3 T-Drills

3 300 yd shuttles (1st and 3rd being 50 yd. breaks, 2nd one being 25 yd breaks)

Making hot monkey love-

Burns tons of calories and also a great cardio workout.

Could be somewhat acrobatic at times......
