August 21, 200422 yr Hi all, Have any of you sat in Founder's Club? How were the seats? Were you able to get any autographs? I have sat in Founder's Field and that was an AWESOME experience!! Just curious about Founder's Club because I may want to purchase tickets closer than where we normally sit and was wondering if it's worth it.
August 21, 200422 yr Founder's Club are the blue seats I think. I sat in the Founder's field 3 times, my dad's company gets the tickets and they never use them so I get them quite a bit. I love when they take the pictures with the players and mail them to you. I got two with Red, one with AJ, Josh, Spooney and Mordy. When I get them, they are the seats all the way to the left so I am just outside of the visitor's dugout. Last year I went with my best friend, we saw the D'backs, it was great we were raggng on Chucky "cataan" (aka chuck finley.) WE saw the unit sitting in the dugout, god e is huge. But yeah aaaanyway, if the founder's club are the blue seats, you find the other teams girlfriends there, I think if you are right above the dug out you can get some autographs before the game, and those seats are great, only bothersome thing is if its during the day you get the sun in your face depending what side you are on.
August 21, 200422 yr Founders Club is not that great for autographs, before the game 1 or 2 will occasionally sign, but it's not worth 65 bucks a seat, especially if you just want to get autographs. But Founders Field on the other hand....wow. That is an experience, worth every cent. When you sat in Founders Field did you get to go inside the stadium and watch indoor BP? I hear they sign a ton in there
August 21, 200422 yr Founders club is great, try to get the seats over the Marlins dugout. They don't sign, but they do throw balls between innings. Awesome view too.

We saw Manzanillo in the hallway and he stopped and signed for my son. He was sooo great. You know his "quirky" personality, he was walking around with a glove on his head and was really funny. On the field we took pictures and got autographs from Matt Treanor and Ben Howard. Matt Treanor was soo nice. WE were very lucky because there was only one other person inside so the players weren't mobbed and we just called their name as they came out of the batting cages and they stopped. Unfortunately, my son got spoiled (okay, me too!! LOL) sitting there and had such a great experience he always want to sit there...but it's pretty expensive. You also get to see how some of the players are not nice and will literally just ignore a little kid...like Josh Beckett. He was so close as he walked by (could've put my arm out and grabbed him) and my son said Josh, Josh and he just kept walking. He totally ignored us and I thought it was really rude...especially to ignore a little kid. They tend to forget what it's like to be 6 and in awe of a player. It was well before the game and he was just walking back and forth on the field. Oh well....hope to sit there again SOON!!!!
August 21, 200422 yr Author Batters Box is better 520848 I've seen those on ebay for like $300....too much for me to spend. I think the only way to get those and Founder's Field is from someone else who already has those seats. I am not sure but I think Season ticket holders have them all....I don't think u can buy them for a single game. Does anyone know if this is true?

Miggy was sitting outside the clubhouse on our way down to the Batters Box. Thrilling.
August 21, 200422 yr I am friends with Wayne Rosenthal... do you think he has any power in obtaining those tickets for me?

August 21, 200422 yr Batters Box is better 520848 Batters Box and Founders Field are completely sold out for the season, only way to get tickets there are if you work for a company that owns the seats or something. LCastillo, that's so awesome I had no idea you got to watch BP in there and everything, wow. How did you get those seats, do you have season tickets there? When I asked about upgrading my season tickets from the Founders Club to Founders Field I was told they were all sold out for the year. But I'm going to definitely try and upgrade my season tickets to founders field next year.
August 21, 200422 yr I am friends with Wayne Rosenthal... do you think he has any power in obtaining those tickets for me? 520925 Every player, coach, etc. has a certain amount of tickets to each game that they can give out to family and friends. I don't know if he could get you founders field or batters box though.
August 21, 200422 yr you can buy founders field and batters box on ebay 521078 How do the people on eBay obtain these tickets in the first place? It's not like they're actual companies or anything. The markup on the tickets on eBay are ridiculous, i'm pretty sure that it's illegal to sell tickets (in Florida) for more than $1 over face value. Founders Field is something like $75 per seat and Batters Box is something like $115 per seat, so on eBay you're paying a roughly $100+ premium. I just found these, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WD1V
August 21, 200422 yr Thats a cool picture to see them in indoor BP you need to get the seats that are right near both foul line? Are those the ones you are talking about that cost $75?

He gives them to her when he can't go, and she's already gone twice. I was pissed cause she took her mom and her mom doesn't really care about baseball, but she told me she's going to take me whenever he gives her the tix again!! She said she saw a lot of the players when she was walking to her seats, and said i would go crazy there lol.
