seeing that this is "the official college fb thread", fresno state is beating the crap out of washington 28-10 in the 4th after some big plays by the defense.

Northern Illinois' next game is against my favorite to win the D 1-AA championship, Southern Illinois, who has a ton of guys back, and has 2 RB's in Terry Jackson and Brandon Jacobs who are good enough to start for most D 1-A teams.

Great game :anon I'm glad that I am a Husker fan but all of Hawaii is in a state of shock. UH football and Basketball is all we have and it's not looking too good for the football team.

seriously though, FAU wasn't shabby in d-1aa, and it's obvious by the games this week b/t 1-aa and 1-a teams that it's not a given for the d-1a team to win.

 

Samford only lost by like 15 to Georgia Tech (we play Samford this week). Georgia Southern hung with Georgia for awhile. Furman shoulda beat Clemson last season.

 

Furman plays Pitt in a few weeks.
