September 21, 200422 yr Today I logged on to the site and found that my entire signature had been deleted with out any warning. Needless to say I was very annoyed about this. Just a month or two ago, I was forced to remove an image of Pro Player Stadium that was somewhat large, but small in comparison to the signatures of other members. In response, I scaled down my signature, but suddenly it was deleted again, even though it only had one image and maybe 5 sentences of writing. I find this appalling. Is this site going through a budget crunch? Next time, I want some warning before this happens again. Or, better yet, don't do it anymore.

There have been a significant amount of signature pictures and/or text which exceed the board limits. Please either reduce the size and/or text of your signature or it will be removed by Monday, September 20th, 2004. it doesn't matter whether you have one picture or several which add up to exceed board standards. it doesn't matter whether you have one continuous sentence of text or several. All members must be treated alike. We are on these boards because we share a common interest. Let's keep these boards running smoothly. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support. September 22, 200422 yr I made my signature a little bit longer yesterday. I think my signature rocks...its so true also. Anyways, I'm glad my signature didn't get deleted because there are just so many good things on it. I would never be able to replace the intelligence that I have for me to be able to come up with the signature that I have.

It's so pages load faster and so that the threads look cleaner. I didn't remove any sigs personally so I can not tell you why those weren't removed.

It has nothing to do with signatures. The annoying thing about big signatures is that they make the pages come out slow. I personally don't think people should have pictures on their signature but aslong as the pictures are small I guess its alright.
