September 29, 200422 yr Yes. FA: Pavano, Benitez, Perisho, Manzanillo, Seanez, Easley, Mordecai, Harris, Cordero 576056 RE-SIGNING IMPORTANCE RANKS Pavano (always nice to keep your best pitcher) Benitez (franchise record for saves, very comfortable in teal) Easley (great player, can fill in for anyone except catcher) Seanez (good 7th inning guy to have; lots of experience) Cordero (should be back to decent form next year after a wasted season) Perisho (not bad at all if used only for what he is meant to be used for) Harris (would be nice to have him, but we dont need him) Mordecai (takes up bench space as a player. should definitely manage/coach someday) Manzanillo (at first he was great, then we learned why he has been a journeyman. will likely end season with an era over 6)
September 29, 200422 yr Author I think Perisho is more of a priority then Cordero. Perisho is a decent LH arm out of the pen, something we never seem to have and Cordero gets injured every single year. I would also think that it will be hard to sign Easley.. the guy will probably get a chance to start somewhere, I would think.

As for Harris, as much as I'd love to see him back, I don't know how mucho $$$ we can commit to him.
September 29, 200422 yr Easley will not get a starting job anywhere unless someone gets injured late in ST. He is too old for a long-term contract. He is perfect with the Marlins and will stay Aguila will be our 4th OF. Mordi should be our 3B Coach. Player/Coach?
September 29, 200422 yr Author Who said he would get a long-term contract? But thanks though for finalizing it for me.. now I don't have to worry about it.
September 30, 200422 yr lenny and mordi will sign for the league minimum 576521 And Perisho, Manzy, Seanez or close to it
September 30, 200422 yr lenny and mordi will sign for the league minimum 576521 And Perisho, Manzy, Seanez or close to it 576538 Seanez and Perisho wont go for the minimun. All teams need bullpen help, and plently have money.

September 30, 200422 yr Like Manzy, Seanez is old and spent much of his time in the minors this year. He won't command much.
