October 16, 200422 yr i see myself as a citizen of this wonderful world let me cut that corny cosmopolitan s*** out, im an american.
October 16, 200422 yr I'm a proud American, but I think this country needs to have the kinds of relationships with other nations that we had during the last two administrations before W.
October 16, 200422 yr what a stupid poll. we are all world citizens. most of us are Americans as well. What America should be is a leader in the global community striving for the betterment of all nations and not just being individualistic bastards....that worked in teh industrial age...we are however entering the real post modern age....which calls for a different damn mindset.

They've forced us to fend for ourselves, so screw em.

Post. EVAR. Das, you were on something of a roll here. I don't see what America #1 brings us. It's not like I get a prize out of it (although, I admit, when Space Station Mir fell to earth and Taco Bell put that bullseye out in the ocean and if Mir hit the bullseye everyone in the US got a free Taco on Tuesday, THAT was awesome). I do appreciate the freedom we live under, that's always nice. I think a lot of people take that for granted.

So they should do everything Bush demands of them? :banghead And das, Im in total agreement. Such a view is simply too intelligent though.
