The Orioles have been making an effort to get the 26-year-old with the 3.85 ERA signed to an extension, but if they can't agree on terms, the O's will surely see what they can get for him. July 9, 200323 yr I talked about this in another post but why not the Marlins? If the Marlins want to make this Lee/Conine deal bigger included Ponson. That way Pavano could go to the bullpen and strength that area.
