The whole NL East is getting better. Next year is going to be a tough season if we don't get another bat in this lineup.

 

Braves- Traded for Tim Hudson (solid rotation)

 

Mets- Have a rotation of (Pedro, Glavine, V. Zambrano, Benson, and Trachsel). There is also talk that they will sign Carlos Delgado!

 

Phils- I'm not to worried about them...they lost Milton and Millwood.

 

Nationals- Signed Guzman and Castilla...they still need better pitching.

 

 

The Marlins are still in good shape but if the Mets get Carlos Delgado then we might be 3rd in the division. I hope Beinfest trades Burnett for an awesome package. What do you guys think?

The Braves don't scare me even with Hudson. They lost Wright and they're going to lose Drew, so in reality they really don't lose or gain anything. The Mets are going to have a great rotation, IF all goes as planned. I don't think I have to tell any of you nothing in baseball goes as planned.

There's a rumor on orioleshangout.com that Hampton (and his mega-salary that will drown the Braves in 2006 and beyond) is going to the Cubs for Sosa and Farnsworth.

The NL East is gonna be pretty good next year. Don't forget the Nationals/Buffets/Expos also got Guillen who's good for 30 HRs and 100 RBIs. If we don't make significant strides in the next couple of weeks, I'm afraid we'll finish in 4th place with around 70-75 wins.

The Braves would get another rip off trade if that were to happen. Then, I would expect the Cubs to go hard after Carlos Beltran because they would lose Alou and Sosa.

 

The Mets will be tough if they get Delgado.

 

The Nationals will be much improved (Guillen and Co.), especially with real fans that care about winning. They are also interested in both Lima and Odalis Perez.

unless the fish do something than this is an easy title for the braves...just give them the nl east for what like 14th year in a row.

If the NL EAST is improving then there's only one thing to do....and that's IMPROVE!

 

I'm not scared of the Phils or the Nationals anyways. The Nationals still need some help, we don't need to worry about them.

 

And the Phils lost some key players and aren't so intimidating...so I'm not scared of them either.

Wow, the season is 4 months away and you are conceding in December?

 

Other NL East teams are making moves, but every team still has question marks. I would wait to see how the off season plays out before getting all bent out of shape.

cause everyday i hear a player signing with a team or people mentioned going to teams.

cant remember the last time i heard the word marlins on tv.

yeah...I mean you don't hear about the Marlins trying to get any great guys...it looks like we can't get much sadly...

all we can afford is a guy name bentz.
