Fish interested in Eric Milton?

Agent Casey Close said the Red Sox have entered the running for Eric Milton.

Besides the Red Sox, the teams competing for Milton include the Cardinals, Dodgers, Indians, Angels and Marlins, Close said. The Red Sox haven't made an offer, and we'd be very surprised if they signed such an overrated pitcher

3rd-5th starter definately.

It means we offered Milton a one year 500k contract.

Exactly...we would get outbid by the others teams...but for once that is a good thing! Milton gives up way too many homers.

Milton is better than his ERA as the Phillies park is like a mini coors.

I still wouldnt want him.
