It was more of a sarcastic joke. I think the marlins need a lefty hitter but they need a gap hitter with speed. Green is a better fit in Arizona.

Besides, didn't Green not want to leave LA, hence why the original deal where the Dodgers were getting massively fleeced fell through?

The guy had horrible numbers last year for the type of money you'd be paying for him.
