I know this guy's agent is Boras, and that alone is a big enough reason not to go after him. But what do you all think about getting this guy? And what type of money would we be looking at to land him ? I have always liked D. Lowe , he is an awsome ground ball pitcher, combined with Marlins amazing Infield D . Perfect fit if you ask me .

i like DeLowe but i dont think the Fish will put out enough cash to get this guy...this guy would win 15 games easy with the fish cause of our infield...

I think Boras was trying to get about 12-14 mil for Lowe, but that's not gonna happen. I know the market's up this year, but look who's going after him, Detroit & possibly LA now. I'll be surprised if he gets more than Pavano did.

 

Saying that, I'd love to have him down here because he could possibly contend for the CY Young again with PPS and our defense....I just don't think we'll be able to sign him...
