Aubrey Huff...

I've heard a few times this offseason that TB was trying to move Huff? What would we have to give up to get him?

Also, I think his salary is only about $3 million (but eligible for arbitration)....meaning that we would have to eat most of Enc's salary to include him in a trade.

we would have to give up alot

In my opinion, they want to move Huff for a cheaper option because of arbitration (it could go up to about $4 mil)....in that case, would we be able to pry him away for Bump & Stokes?

Let's face it. The only way to rid ourselves of Enc's contract is if we're out of it by the trading deadline, and trade a top player along with Enc's bloated contract for some primo prospects...

This would be one of the few instances where I would give up Stokes. Huff is still young enough to produce for at least 5 more years and brings intangibles to the table. Nice thought, but sincerely doubt it will happen.
