July 13, 200323 yr I liked his "composure." He didn't pitch great but he looked confident, he looked like he was in charge. I think were going to like this Urbina! When Spooney gets back... we have something. McKeon must be excited, too! Castillo All-Star. Great. Lee starting his second-half rally. Great. And JP is the most exciting player in the league. And Pudge showing his stuff! Oh, man, it's almost scarey to think what we might be able to do. And I loved the Mordecai/Fox double play. And Banks got in the game, and Cabrera got a couple innings at third. Way to go Jack!
July 13, 200323 yr Hes up for arbitration next season so I hope we offer him something or else we just lost 3 prospects for zilch...if we can get a 1yr deal with him this offseason and then let him go or trade him we'll get the 2 first rounders.

The worst that can happen is that we will get a first round draft pick, correct? If so we wouldn't have traded three prospects for zilch.
July 13, 200323 yr well put SHAMZ..... he did look nice the two walks sucked, but his splitter and change up just fooled all the batters, it was SICK. cant wiat to see him in a close game JP is truley SICK i think it was the 7th or 8th inning the man single handly scored in a run by him self Single, stole 2nd,stole 3rd, than he scored on a short SAC FLY and pudge got his 5th RBI 4 the day.....
July 13, 200323 yr i missed the game today, wasnt on satelite , so i didnt get to see Uggy pitch, good to see that he did aliright though, a couple K's, couple BB but no harm, no foul.......what did JP do today that was so exciting?? besides steal? did he make a nasty catch again???
July 14, 200323 yr UUU has been nasty for a long time. If you have ever seen him pitch, this is nothing new. He gets in trouble with the walks sometimes, but he is a quality reliever, without any question.

He gets in trouble with the walks sometimes, but he is a quality reliever, without any question. iv'e seen him pitch a lot, not only when he was with spos, but when he played for boston is saw him every game for the whole year, you're right, the guy gets the job done, he is a big name, big time, big play pitcher, but i didnt know his middle name began with a U????????/ what is his middle name???
