from looking at their stats they look pretty good, especially Ryan Blake

Molina sounds like the younger brother (or was it cousin?) of the Molinas we know from the Angels.

I know Wolf led all Hammerhead pitchers in wins last season and posted a great ERA. His stuff is not as impressive as Olsen's; but I honestly can't tell you why he doesn't get more attention. Maybe the scouts see something I don't.

Groundball specialist, perhaps? He'd make a good long reliever; maybe take Bump's job in a year or two?

I know Wolf was used as both a starter and reliever last season and put up good numbers. I really don't know much about him, as far as his stuff concerns.

 

Angel Molina is a guy that caught my eye last year, he played most of the year in the outfield, and put up good numbers at Greensboro. Good plate discipline, good power, and 23 years old. He may be someone we should watch this season.

 

Ryan Blake I'm not too familiar with him. He only played a bout 30 games last year with the Bats, but put up impressive numbers while there.

Looks like Molina has a very strong arm...as per Baseball America 2004.

I got to see Molina and Blake last year. Molina was the lone Sally all-star for the Bats. They had him playing a lot of the corner outfield spots. Didn't play a lot of catcher although I think that he can. Blake is 25 now but so far he has hit well in the system. He showed great power last year and in one game I was at he completely unloaded on a fastball in like the 8th inning for a grand slam that ended up scoring the game winning runs. .900+ OPS and like 19 HRs last year. I think I remember him playing a lot of DH last year. Didn't play much catcher from what I remember but I could be wrong.
