March 3, 200521 yr if you're going for an emachine (which is a good idea; they're damn cheap), you'll probably get a better deal at a store. check out office depot, best buy, circuit city, and brandsmart.
March 3, 200521 yr This whole process has been ghey as hell. So many computers and different deals. It's driving me crazy. I want to pull my hairs out. This blows...... :mad
March 3, 200521 yr You could always go for a Mac mini :plain or a Dell 701169 :plain I'm not up for jokes today, I want to die. This f***ING SUCKS! :plain
March 3, 200521 yr I have a Dell and so far no problem. As long as it has a Pentium and good amounts of RAM, you should be fine. I can't say anything positive about Gateways or eMachines....so I won't say anything at all.

The Gateway PC I have used for years without so much as a hiccup. The Dell is a laptop I have had for a little over a year. No problems.
March 4, 200521 yr with emachines you get what you pay for. build your own computer. its not that hard. or just buy a machine from dell. they are dirt cheap for desktops, should be able to get a lot of power for a cheap price. all new.
March 5, 200521 yr with emachines you get what you pay for. build your own computer. its not that hard. or just buy a machine from dell. they are dirt cheap for desktops, should be able to get a lot of power for a cheap price. all new. 701585 Yes! Build your own or pay someone to do so .. MUCH better, definitely. I just built myself a 3.0ghz with 1 gig ram and it's great.
March 7, 200521 yr Had this sent to me in my email: eMachines T3256 AMD Athlon XP 3200+ / 512MB DDR / 160GB HDD / DVD?RW / CD-ROM / Flash Media Reader / NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX / 10/100Mbps LAN / Windows XP Home / Refurbished Desktop PC +All in one Lexmark for $5.99 $410 Link
March 7, 200521 yr refurbised machines are fine, but with desktops being so cheap you might as well get a new one.

March 11, 200521 yr eMachines blow. TigerDirect is terrible when it comes to rebates. You can find a great deal from Dell or HP.
