They raised her and loved her and took care of her growing up and they have NO say. I lost my sister to cancer and her husband was a real jerk who didn't give two craps about her either. He just wanted her DEAD ASAP.

Thanks for sharing your insight. I too have some questions about the husband in this case.

This is going to end up being overturned simply b/c the SC doesnt want to lose any power to congress. It has become an issue of speration of powers. However, congress did what it could and so did bush to please the social conservatives. So i nthe end the repubs will strengthen support from their social conservative base.
