Mets have more RS than anyone in the divi.

:: Notices Mets are below the Marlins ::

*Notices Mets' offense won't be that good all year*

You'd think that a team that has scored 143 runs and has just allowed 90 runs,(the best in the leauge by 17)would have won atleast 70% of their games and be on top of their division, but were not.

The Marlins have outscored their opponents this year by 53 runs, the most in the leauge, and yet, 7 teams have a better record than us!

We should seriously have a better record and be doing better...I'm upset with our production thus far even though we've won 60% of our games because we should have won more, and when our starting pitching starts struggling were going to start doing bad, so we need to take advantage while they're doing good and take the lead in the division on the Braves by a few games atleast.

The Braves always get better as the year goes on, and they're already hott, so that's a sign that they're going to be tough to beat. It's their division, but if I recall, although we don't get respected so much, were the favorites to win the division. So we need to take control of the division now, especialy with our great pitching.

I'll take it.

Imagine how low it could be if Leiter was pitching better!

Excluding Leiter, the Marlins have allowed merely 67 runs!!!

Braves are on pace for 101 with their smoke and mirrors offense.

Were doing pretty good considering the White Sox who have the best record in the leauge are only 4.5 games ahead of us.

What are we on-pace for 135 wins?

97I think he meant through the Pythagorean expected win formula.

we were on pace for something like that a couple of days ago(thru pythagorean)

Amazing isn't? :notworthy

As soon as the offense gets going it is going, this is going to be a real dangerous team. Last night when I was listening to the game on the radio they said that same thing and then all of a sudden we had that big 5 run explosin, so hopefully that was start of something last night in the 8th.

RS 2/RS 2+RA 2= win percentage times 162.

The number you get is a win percentage, than you multiply by 162 (games in a season).
