July 25, 200520 yr Author By the way I did make some trades to free up payroll, and this is my new lineup: CF-Juan Pierre 2B-Luis Castillo C-Paul Lo Duca 1B-Carlos Delgado 3B-Miguel Cabrera LF-Kevin Mench RF-Lance Nix SS-Alex Gonzalez rotation: Dontrelle Willis Josh Beckett Scott Olsen Jeff Allison Jason Vargas
July 27, 200520 yr I'm in the second year and Cabrera is my superstar after hitting 63 homers last year (on mvp mode) with an average of about .330, he was the mvp pierre was second in the mvp voting (in front of bonds/dowd), with 35 (!) triples, 42 doubles and .330 something AVG, he also had 15 homers (I didn't add to his batting number or anything) delgado isn't very good, hitting only around .250, but the homerun numbers are up (49 last year, but only 15 or something doubles) willis won the cy young last year, era in the 2's, second lowest was Leiter, but I didn't resign him as mvp is very tough on old guys (bonds's batting numbers are 70 power/70 contact this year, and his arm strength is like 50)
July 27, 200520 yr My 2nd Year Fish: 1. Juan Pierre - CF 2. Luis Castillo - 2B 3. Miguel Cabrera - LF 4. Carlos Delgado - 1B 5. Mike Lowell - 3B 6. Craig Monroe/Eric Byrnes - RF 7. Paul Lo Duca - C 8. Jhonny Peralta - SS And I have Lyle Overbay coming off the bench. Rotation 1. Dontrelle Willis 2. Josh Beckett 3. Ben Sheets 4. A.J. Burnett 5. Brandon Webb Sheets, Webb, Byrnes, Monroe, and Overbay were nice FA pickups. Our payroll threshold is way too high on there. I play Dynasty, not Owner Mode.
