that crushing loss at the hands of the Phils...

Featured Replies

No matter what happens for the rest of the season. The crushing 10-2 loss at the hands of the fightin phils will be looked back on as the turning point of the season.

Now if we dont make it to october then that game is the one that nailed the coffin for us.

BUT if we get really hot right now and sweep ourselves right into the playoffs then that is the game that turned our season around.

That game was such an embarrasment that maybe and hopefully that woke our team up. The last game of the phils series i saw something i hadnt seen all year ... we palyed with a sense of URGENCY! Maybe that was just the kick we needed to turn this very mediocre season around!

Hey i was at the 10-2 loss game and quite frankly i pretty much about gave up, but im sure many of us did, but then sunday came around and i was never as pumped or hyped for a game this season as i was then... AND WE ROUTED THE PHILS! You know and i think that ll come back to haunt the Phils because when they had the chance to put us away they didnt and theyll pay for it.. MARK MY WORDS!

ATTENTION all FISH FANS FOR THE LAST 12 GAMES OF THE SEASON PERFORM ALL THE SUPERSTITIONS AND RITUALS YOU KNOW TO HELP THESE FISH!

Lets do this THANG! :cowboy

Nope, never heard of it...

I think most of the times that I see a topic started by rorod - my head starts to hurt before I even open it.

And it doesn't get any better after that.

Half the time, he has no idea what he's talking about.

The other half, I think he's on drugs or somethin..

I see...

I tend to think the Philly series is just a microcosm of our entire season. The effect of the series has probably already worn off and tonight they start anew. We have to keep looking forward. We've got 12 games to make up 2.
