The article was about who had the SCHEDULE advantage... not the actual advantage. Do some of you even read the articles before flipping out?

Everyone keep in mind that deals have to be passed to the commissioner's office by 4 PM not released to the public. In years past, deals have leaked out later in the evening... Nomar to the Dodgers being the most prominent example. I remember that coming out around 7-8 PM a few years back. It's still possible we made some minor moves.

I actually think it looks fantastic for the type of movie it is. Great winter popcorn flick that looks to have Jaws-type element of suspense to the ID of the monster. January is a good month for these type of movies with Rambo the week after.

Some of you need to do a little research before typing. A) That Dodgers deal was NEVER on the table. YEAH it's a better deal, that's why it was NEVER offered. B) This is far superior to the Angels deal. No one the Angels were offering equals Maybin and Miller trumps a lot. C) Cameron Maybin could end up being ranked as high as #2 or #3 in Baseball America's top 100. We didn't get a scrub back. Of course it sucks we lost Miguel, but Andrew Miller might outperform Dontrelle Willis AS SOON AS NEXT YEAR.

Probably the best we're going to do. It's hard but I have a feeling I'm going to be very excited about this season. Miller is probably already going to be better than Willis.

I put up some weight since Cabrera came to the Big Leagues as well. Everybody has. Hes still in a developing body, plus a lot of this weight is muscle weight. If youre in a developing body, of course your weight is gonna increase LOOOOL. If alot of it were muscle, he'd be out of baseball and competing for Mr. Olympia, because people don't just put on 85 pounds of muscle.

Jones + Clement would put us closer to a WS title in 2009 then Dontrelle ever could.

Yeah and if the Marlins were in first place the highlights would be shown every night. You need to DEAL with the fact that 99.9% of the country doesn't want to watch highlights of a team with practically 0% chance of making the playoffs. Did you complain all those days you missed Kansas City Royals highlights? Is that so hard to believe? When they play the Mets you'll see the highlights. Same for the Barry Bonds games coming up. There's a point where fandom crosses the line of stupidity and I think too many people are walking that fine line...(not to mention the few that are flat out hopping, skpping, and jumping across it)
