DTrain to be on Dan Patrick Show

Featured Replies

I just listened to the interview online - D-Train said that 1) AJ is a great teammate and 2) there is definitely a bad feeling in the clubhouse.

Did he say anything else?

Did he finally stop saying that clemens or Carpenter should win the Cy Young? He seems to always say they should. He is such a good kind kid, but he needs to shhhh on that. It doesnt help him out. Too humble perhaps.

I think we should call Dontrelle the Anti-TO

What Team will represent the NL on the WS?

DW - "I have to take my boy J Roll and his team the Phillies."

Who is the NL Cy Young?

DW - "I don't know, we have to find out"

What do you need to do to win the Cy Young.

DW - "I don't know, you vote. You know."

On AJ comments

DW - "It's unfortunate, we were expected to win and couldn't", "that's AJ opinion"

NL MVP

DW - "Should be D Lee"

Look willis, you win that CY young for us, thats all we have going for us right now.

:lol :lol :lol :lol

When was that? I bet it was in 2004.

Looking at that picture, you get the sense that Jack probably had a bigger influence on younger players like Miggy and D-Train because they're more used to being talked down at their age. I can see how a grown a** man would get annoyed at getting talked to that way.

just look at how dontrelle responded though. Tough Love has been his motto. did you check the picture in the miami herald between Jack and Cabrera last night. Winning is one thing but Jack also cares about each of his players reaching their potential......as long as they work hard. I will tell you that the easiest way to McKeon's doghouse is not to give effort or to be aloof about the game (see mota and Enc)

If it's not... it's 2003 regardless since he has the 10th anniversary patch on his sleeve.
