August 26, 200321 yr cmon yall! Garth Brooks! He made non-country fans like his music! Everyone knows this song! At least pick Garth over Disturbed and 50! Garth has sold the 2nd most albums of anyone in music (behind the Beatles)! How can he get beat by 50 or Disturbed!
August 26, 200321 yr awesome...not only is Garth in the lead, but Disturbed and 50 Cent have 0 votes (as it should be)
August 26, 200321 yr friends in low places remains as one of the top songs in all of music, not only country. Garth Brooks is the top solo artist in the history of modern music. Surely that should signify something.
August 26, 200321 yr friends in low places remains as one of the top songs in all of music, not only country. Garth Brooks is the top solo artist in the history of modern music. Surely that should signify something. Yes it does...that there are a lot of rednecks out there. :lol
August 26, 200321 yr Yah because Garth Brooks is such redneck music It's not like he's Hank Williams, Jr., Charlie Daniels Band, or David Allan Coe or somethin.
August 26, 200321 yr All music classified as country is 'redneck' I guess all rap is 'negro' then also?
August 26, 200321 yr How the hell is 50 cent even here? Yeah I guess having people write your own songs is good enough to get you on this list.
August 27, 200321 yr oh, its based on who wrote their own song? No one ever told me that! Stupid me! :banghead
August 27, 200321 yr Garth Brooks could be the messiah and i still wouldnt be a country fan, its just not in me. ill vote for mister Michael "let your kids stay at my house for a sleepover in my bed" Jackson. i was wondering why there was no Marvin Gaye (Whats going on, his version of course not that crappy all-star cheesy post 9/11 version and other songs he did) or R. "i'll babysit for you" Kelly.
August 28, 200321 yr you dont have to be a country fan to like Garth. Thats why Garth has made it this far. He is "crossover". He made people who dont like country, like him and his music.
August 28, 200321 yr you dont have to be a country fan to like Garth. Says who? I like "Friends in Low Places", but that's one song (and I mostly like it from good memories of getting plastered at Howl at the Moon and wailing it along with my friends and the crowd - it loses something when I'm not drunk). I ain't picking up a Garth Brooks album any time soon.
