1) Those obnoxious car commercials and ring commercials that show guys giving women a car or a diamond ring for the holidays. Anybody who gives someone a 40,000 dollar car for Christmas should be spayed or neutered.

 

2) All the happy couples who give each other gifts in public. I just want to slap them in the face and tell them that life really isn't as happy as they make it.

 

3) The lack of new television on the TV. I realize most people in the world aren't watching and are being happy with their friends and family but there are those out there who wish that television was new.

 

4) The Flyers and Sixers always have like 12 game road trips from Christmas to New Year's and those are always the times that I want to go see a game and I can't cause their never freakin home!

well gee Passion, i guess i'm not the only one with a peeve during the holidays.....

I hate having to make small talk with people at holiday parties that I either don't know, don't give a f*** about, and/or want to roundhouse kick in the face because of past incidents.

 

However, free drinks make it easier to tolerate.

I hate the period from Thanksgiving to the end of the trimester, because I quit wanting to do anything.
