Marlins or Braves...

Featured Replies

For now I enjoy being a Marlins fan. If they move, then I will go back to rooting for the Braves.

Probably the Braves.

Only one less title, and soo many more playoff appearances. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind being a fish fan either.

The Braves built a fan base because of Teddy Turner (You know, Hanoi Janes ex-husband). TBS and all that money made big in roads into the baseball hungry south. The Marlins day will come, they are more fun to watch.

I'd rather root for a team who is real popular, plays in a new stadium and wins. After sitting through hundreds of games from 98-2002 I really can't say that the one title was worth it.

I was a Braves fan before I was a Marlins moved into town (though I wasn't a huge baseball fan back then), and I'll be a Braves fan again if the Marlins move out of Florida.

The Marlins have given me some great memories, but these types of offseasons totally suck. It is one firesale too many for me if they move.

Braves or Marlins....either way, youre not winning the Series this year

there is no way to answer without personal bias getting in the way

It's easier to be a fan of a franchise like the Braves.

It's more satisfying when the team wins when you're a fan of a franchise like the Marlins. Something about that crazy/pathetic under-dog is just fun. Frustrating as hell though.

Gosh, don't ever say that to someone from Boston or Chicago. Whew
