Passion
Free agent first baseman J.T. Snow has agreed to terms on a one-year, $2 million contract with the Boston Red Sox. The deal will become official later Friday, pending a physical exam. "He's excited,'' said agent Dan Horwits. "J.T. was only going to consider a few places if he wasn't going back to San Francisco, and one of them was Boston right out of the chute. It's a good fit for him.'' Snow, 37, is a career .268 hitter in 14 seasons with the Yankees, Angels and Giants. He is expected to share time at first base with Kevin Youkilis in Boston. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2282818

Skully
I'll miss J.T. I was really hoping he'd retire a Giant. If he had to go to the AL, I'm glad it was Boston.
The_Punisher
Nice move by Boston, decent bat, gold glove first basemen, should fit nice in boston, where the DH counts...Jt should start at first base with Kevin Youkilis backing him up.. The Boston Redsox now have a gold glove thrid basemen AND a gold Glove first basemen.....wow
