But I heard a blurb on the radio this morning about him being asked yesterday "Do you believe innocent people should be executed"...very likely THE most softball-ish question ever. Yet he did not give a definitive answer, If anything he leaned towards "yes"
January 13, 200620 yr I'd prefer him not to be appointed, but I'm guessing he will be. Looks like a Scalia to me. Who includes an organization on their resume that they have no memory of?? Give me a break.
January 14, 200620 yr Author Oh I hope he is a s good as Scalia or Thomas. :plain :plain :plain I hope he ends up being more like Rhenquist or Kennedy, preferrably Kennedy. Or O'Connor. We're doomed if he's like Thomas.
