Former Rochester Red Wings outfielder Brady Anderson will enter the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame this summer. He now admits that he began using "massive" doses of creatine entering the 1996 season (when he hit a Baltimore team-record 50 home runs) and doesn't appreciate those who define his career by that one uncharacteristic season.

That's funny. "Massive" doses of "creatine". I was unaware that the more creatine you take (esp in "massive" doses) the more it works. Thats funny.

You scared the crap out of me. I thought for a second it was the sweet-swinging left-handed left fielder from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Mr. Garret Anderson.

It doesn't. Your body can only handle so much creatine before you s*** out the rest.
