wow what a big suprise for me. i am shocked. I love Bret Hart dont matter if he was in WWF or WCW he was the man. He has gone through so much i mean with him being screwed and then the stroke Then the deaths of British Bulldog and Owen Hart. it must have been tough to deal with. Hopefully he makes like an appearance and stuff its gonna be so awesome to see the crowd go nuts. I wonder what vince and shawn michaels are gonna do?? Anyway the video was amazing and i will hope for something cool to happen.

Agreed. I've never been a big Bret Hart fan, but if he shows up and accepts the award and then never shows up on WWE programming again, that'll be okay with me. I don't mean that to sound like I'm bashing Bret- I just don't think he has to come back and do some angle with Shawn and Vince like some people think he should.

Bret's one of my all-time favorites. I became a little disenchanted with him after Montreal, mostly after I saw that Wrestling With Shadows movie, which made him look like a prick in my opinion. However, after seeing his DVD and watching old stuff on WWE 24/7, he was just so good.

 

He has said time and time again that he will never do storyline stuff for WWE again and it'd be nice to see one of these guys stick to their word for once. Have the induction speech, come out on stage at Mania, maybe say something if wants to, and that's that. This is exactly what I think happens too.

 

And if he does ever get involved with storyline stuff, it most certainly won't be with Shawn Michaels. He has somewhat forgiven Vince, they are on decent terms. Not so with Michaels.

I don't watch wrestling these days, but Bret was one of my all-time favorites. :thumbup

One of my alltime favorites and for some reason I just can't remember what shawn and Vince did to him that was so horrible. Try to find a copy of "Wrestling With Shadows," a documentary video following Bret's last year in WWE. It's a great film- it should be available online or try your local video rental place.
