Dolphins/Packers

Jason Taylor was dominated. Fiedler f***ed up in the clutch. Seau was good, not great. Sammy Knight was good, not great. Chris Chambers is a baller. Kris Brown sucks. Did I miss something?

forget it, your just hopeless.

as a team overall, it was sad. dumbass penalties, bad playcalling, dumb mistakes like Fiedlers pick and Derrius Thompson not dragging his feet on the sideline. gave them the game. oh yeah, and burning 2 timeouts at the start of the 2nd half and eventually using up the last one.

What I meant by when I said 9-7 for the Packers is that if they play like this the rest of the season I think that the Packers will be about that.

And Wild Card,

tell me this...

Whats harder....

Winning at Lambeau Field's grand re-opening with 70thousand drunks on hand and going against arguably the best player to ever play the game and basically beating the Packers in every facet of the game. Flat out BLOWING OUT the Packers. At Lambeau which is easily the biggest Home Field Advantage in Football. Keywords here are BLOWING OUT.

or

Going to Miami and winning by a point.

Tell me, please, not just you Wild Card, but Pierre, BLOWING OUT the Pack at LAMBEAU or beating the Fins by a point in Miami.

No doubt both are tough things to do because both teams are very solid teams, but I'm sorry blowing out the Packers is harder. Don't let 30-25 fool you, that game was more like 60-25 :(

Now I don't quite know what went wrong with Miami. But I'd like someone to tell me why you guys lost.

The Packers main reasons for losing were no sort of motivation, they came out flat. Tom Rossley (GB Offensive Coordinator) is more suited to work for the Bears offense then our offense. The Packers offense has the potential to be special with the personnel it has, but with Rossley Coordinating it and calling plays its like putting hand cuffs on Favre. The Defense for Green Bay, do not be fooled, showed plenty of glimpses of what its capable of. But the Packers just flat out got outplayed in of all games the game they shoulda won. Period.

But I shouldn't make a call on the Fin/Texan game because thats the game I forgot to TiVo on my Sunday Ticket.

havent i been clear about why we lost?

oh and try coming down to Miami, wearing dark jersey's playing pretty close to noon at the end of August/ start of September when your used to playing inside and also in front of 70,000 people. it aint pretty for the visitor, unless the home team flatout gives in.

and i keep trying to figure out where the hell Wildcard came up with Brown sucks when he nailed around 4 field goals including the game winnier.

and stop kissing Favre's a**, i dont think that s*** is that acceptable up in Wisconsin

I think Brown went 5/7 FG. That sucks huh.

Fins rolled over just like Phlub getting out of bed, it took awhile, but it eventually happened.

I heard some of the Dolphins were telling the Texans, "See you after practice" before the game. Nice One. hopefully this was a nice little biitch slap to their faces. They can't start playing like they're untouchable until they prove themselves, which they were far from doing sunday.

the only FG i remember him missing was the one before the half, but your # sounds right.

i hope your right about the b*tch slap. they better get their s*** together or heads will roll. only it wasnt a little b*tch slap, it was more of a pimp going off on his employee because she's holding out on him type of slap.

If theres anymore football (if thats what you want to call it) played like that for the Phins this year, Wanny better start updating that resume.

I personally really like Wanny but hey......

Fins rolled over just like Phlub getting out of bed, it took awhile, but it eventually happened.

.

gold

that was flat out gold

instant classic?

Tell me please, when did I say Houston is better than Minnesota?

And for the record, I'd say choice # 2 is tougher in Sepember.

Also for the record:

-Brett Favre is not the best player in NFL history.

-Lambeau Field is not the biggest home field advantage IN SEPTEMBER.

-30-25 is not a blowout. I know they came back late, but to me, an ideal blowout is something like 30-3, or 42-10.

I must admit the rolling out of bed was great. I'm not a morning person.

I did not say Brett Favre was the best player in NFL history. I said he is possibly the best, I'm sure you think its Marino. But thats to hard to argue for anyone.

Your right Lambeau Field isn't the biggest home field advantage in September, its the biggest homefield advantage all year.

Pierre I guess you don't know that the Packers were down 27-3 at one point, before good ol' Brett got us back in it. Fact is the Vikings blew us out. And that takes alot for me to say.

You never said the Vikes were better then the Texans or vice versa. I don't know where you got that. But I know I SAID the Vikes will be in the playoff hunt this year. And the Texans won't.

Jim Brown or Joe Montana is the best player in NFL history.

According to my calender, it is September right now, and the biggest home field advantage in Sept. is Miami.

I'll show you where I got that from...

I bet you didn't think the Rams would contend in '99. Same with the '00 Ravens and especially the '01 Pats. You just never know these days. It's all momentum.

Im a Phin fan and everything.

But you are all high, the biggest home field advantage in September is the OB :D . But seriously, in the NFL its Oakland. No question. You try and play with insane people threatening to kill you.

You know Juanky's got a pretty good point.

I'll agree with him especially because I have tickets to the Packers/Raiders monday nighter and will fly out there in my Green and Gold. So I guess I won't be coming back to Wisconsin in one contingent peice after Christmas. But yes thats the worst place to play because of the insane fans. But come December and November we all know where NOBODY wants to play, Mike Vick may have ran off with a win last January, but he didn't run off with the Aura of Lambeau Field and the aura of the best fans in the game....

Now that I think about it the OB has reputation and there alot history in that stadium also dating back to first superbowlls.I hate the Canes but I love going to watch collage football games at OB even though it does need renovations.
