Fran and Barry are to pessimistic to win this race. I'm rooting for Ray and Yolanda, I just can't understand why they are doing so bad. They are smart, athletic, and they don't freak out when something goes wrong like some of the teams. Also, noone is willing to help them(in europe and brazil); the thought of racism crosses your minda few times.
April 10, 200619 yr Got into it a few seasons ago... Great show. Definitely in my top five. Fran and Barry are definitely the lovable underdogs, this year's Meredith and Gretchen (the greatest team ever on the show, btw)... My money's on Ray and Yolanda.

Meredith and Gretchen were one of the worst teams ever. It was so awesome seeing the other teams constantly imploding allowing them to go on a bit longer.... Great show. I'm rooting for the hippies, that would be my team. Too bad they wont win as I have never had a team I root for win. Fran and Berry are one of the better old fart teams that they have had. My favorite team still was Colin and Christie, simply due to Colin's immense competitiveness, which in the end screwed him.

April 10, 200619 yr Great show. I'm glad CBS wised up and moved it from Tuesday's at 10pm to Wednesday's at 8pm. 10pm is too late for this type of show.
April 11, 200619 yr My favorite team still was Colin and Christie, simply due to Colin's immense competitiveness, which in the end screwed him. Haha, I was pretty sure no one liked Colin and Christie. He does have the best line ever, though. "MY OX IS BROKEN!" I like to break that one out every once in a while, even if people have no idea what I'm talking about, and even if it really doesn't have anything to do with anything. I'm pretty meh on this season. I basically put the last episode on in the background. Sometimes it's great, though.

I smell a non-elimination leg. yeah, I thought for sure this week would be a non-elimination leg. 7 weeks left in the season and only 5 teams left. We could possibly see two non-elimination legs.

April 25, 200619 yr Author Tomorrow on the Amazing Race............. On the drive to the airport, one Team picks up a hitchhiker and takes some time to conduct international relations. A rivalry between two Teams heats up after one duo tells the other that the next opportunity they get to use the Yield against them they will. All of the Teams but one sit anxiously on their plane waiting to take off hoping that the duo straggling behind will not make it in time. Will they?

May 4, 200619 yr Those hippies won't die!!! It's gonna be fun watching this guy race with no shoes or pants, lol. Ray and Yolanda got this. Also, I didn't get why they didn't yield one of the teams in the back of the pack. You'd think they'd want to extend their advantage over the last team in order to self preserve, instead of just using it for bitchy revenge. And how stupid and simple was that horn-blowing detour??
May 6, 200619 yr Author There is NO WAY this was originally supposed to be a non-elimination round, it's just the hippies who are fan favorites came in last so they probably changed it at the last second to keep them on the show. It's hilarious.
