The God-Awful Rick Spielman Now Works For.....

Featured Replies

I'm surprised no one has commented on Rick Spielman suddenly getting a job as an ESPN football analyst, probably just because it's getting close to the draft. The same guy that screwed up several recent 'Phins drafts now gets to blabber on TV about what he doesn't know. How fun.

And you wonder why he didn't get another GM job after his firing....

he worked for ESPN all of last year also...it isn't new that he is there

Spielman is the NFL draft analyst that every team should pay attention to (find out what he thinks, then do the opposite)

ESPN has a track record of adding stupid-ass GMs that screw up teams to their cast. First Steve Phillips, now Rick Speilman.

That's because the good GMs have GM jobs.

Very true, but at this stage, they should just choose the #1 fantasy football player overall and have him give analysis. That individual wouldn't be any worse than the partially-trained apes on TV already.
