I just looked on Weather.com and there is a HUGE storm coming. I am not sure if it will be gone before game time. I have no idea how fast this storm is going.

That's no storm. That's the outer bands of Tropical Storm Alberto. That thing is huge and along with it, it's pulling tons of rain all across the state.

 

It depends on how fast the depression moves. It tends to get slower as it moves over land.

 

The game doesn't start until 7:05. Still plenty of time for the rain to subside and the grounds crew to do their jobs.

Thats what I meant. I call pretty much any "rain band" a storm. Its a habit. It looks like the bands are heading north so this might be good.

That the juice from the warm gulf of Mexico that the tropical storm is taking to have enough humidity to pour on Atlanta. Same juice that Katrina and Wilma has taken.

The weather looks okay. Unless somehow a rain storm pops up out of nowhere.
